The website was easy to navigate and I found the service I needed and was able to book the perfect time between work. The technician messaged me a day early letting me know that he would be in the area and gave me the option to get it taken care of early but unfortunately I was working. If I hadn't been that would have been amazing to get it done ahead of time. He was on time and very pleasant. Worked quickly and got my problem taken care of. It was such a better experience than sitting in a waiting room with strangers or having to take an Uber back and forth to avoid such situation. I'm already recommending them to my friends because of how easy it was. Why go to a shop to get your car fixed at the shop can just come to you?

This is my first mobile mechanic experience and I have to say Jose made it the best. He was early on the appointment he was very professional very knowledgeable and polite. If you need a mobile mechanic call lockncal and try to get Jose out he'll fix you right up. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about paying up front because I've never used this type of service before but the end result I am very pleased and will use this service again thank you Jose again if I need anything else I'll get you out to fix it.

Jose contacted me swiftly after I filled out the form on the website and discussed the part needed (clock spring) and the appointment time. I was able to get in within 2 days. He arrived early and got right to work and was done rather quickly. He communicated well the whole time. I’m very glad to be back on the road and know my airbag light is off and all my steering wheel buttons work again!

I initially went to the dealership when the airbag light in my Nissan Rogue had come on. Upon diagnostic review, the dealership advised that it would cost around $4500 to correct the issues that they were seeing with the system. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and I called DFW Safety Restore. Jose was able to work me in next day. He was prompt and right on time for my appointment in coming out to my house to run a diagnostic on my car. The first scan showed a host of issues, the same issues the dealership reported and more. So many, that Jose suggested resetting the codes and rerunning the diagnostic to get a true picture of what was going on. He said if there are true issues with the system the diagnostic codes would reappear. The reset worked and the system went back to normal. I am so thankful for Jose, and DFW Safety Restore for saving me from unnecessary and very expensive work on my car. If you have airbag system issues with your vehicle, I highly, HIGHLY, recommend you give DFW Safety Restore a call first.

My brother had a minor accident but it hit exactly where the air bag sensor was located. Due to the age and miles of the car, it was a total loss. We had the option of keeping the car at a lower value (salvage title) or full loss value. We were not going to be close in the cost of replacing the car if we took the full value so we tried to get several quotes to fix. Most places wouldn’t give a quote or even touch the car. I only found 2 places that seemed solid to properly fix the cars primary issue (air bags and locked seat belts). The technician was able to clear the airbag light on our car. He came to our house and saved me the time and effort of having to remove and mail in the airbag control module for repair. He was able to do it in our driveway through the computer connection. Highly recommended and courteous service.
