LockNCal backs the labor on every service with a 30-day workmanship warranty across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. If a problem is shown to be the result of our work within 30 days of service, we’ll make it right. The warranty covers our labor and workmanship; parts we install carry their own manufacturer or supplier coverage.

What the 30-day labor warranty covers

  • Workmanship on the service we performed (e.g., a key programming, reset, calibration, or installation we completed)
  • Issues demonstrated to be a direct result of our labor within 30 days of the service date.

If that’s the case, we return and correct the workmanship at no additional labor charge.

What it does not cover

  • Pre-existing conditions or faults unrelated to the work we performed
  • New, separate problems that arise after service and aren’t caused by our labor
  • Parts beyond their own manufacturer/supplier warranty (parts are warrantied by their maker, not as labor)
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, further collisions, tampering, or work performed by someone else after us
  • Normal wear and tear

Because the warranty is labor-based, coverage applies when an issue can be shown to result from LockNCal’s workmanship.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Contact us within 30 days of your service date.
  2. Provide your booking details (Name, vehicle, and what was serviced).
  3. We’ll inspect and verify the issue. If it’s shown to be the result of our workmanship, we correct it at no additional labor charge.

About parts

When a service includes parts — for example, airbags, seat belts, clock springs, keys, or fobs — their own manufacturer or supplier warranty covers those parts. We use OEM or remanufactured OEM parts where applicable and will tell you what’s being installed before the work begins.
